How to Make SST from Alfalfa Seeds (20L Recipe)
- Soak 1 ounce or 28 grams of seeds in clean water for about 8 hours.
- Washup with clean water then wrap seeds in a cloth loosely to maintain moisture.
- Spray on cloth twice a day, be careful not to over wet them.
- After 24-72 hours, the roots should sprout.
- When the root is the same length as the seed, they are good to go.
- Put these seeds in a blender.
